• Security deposit: €100.00 in cash (returned at departure after apartment inspection).
• Cleaning of the kitchenette and dishes is the guest’s responsibility. Otherwise, €40.00 will be deducted from the €100.00 cash deposit after inspection of the apartment.

At Villaggio Oasi Maremma, we understand how important it is to share special moments with your family. That is why we have created a dedicated offer for those travelling with children: little guests aged 0 to 2 stay free of charge (with paying adults), and all children from 3 to 11 years old receive a 50% discount on meals.

In addition to the self-catering option, you can also book your stay with bed and breakfast, half board, or full board.

Our cuisine features dishes prepared with local ingredients, allowing you to discover the authentic flavours of the Maremma and making your holiday even more enjoyable.
