The studio and the two- or three-room apartments offer everything you need for a perfect stay in southern Tuscany. They are all equipped with: satellite TV, telephone, safe-deposit box, air conditioning, heating and a furnished terrace to have breakfast outside in the morning or to enjoy the warm Italian evenings.

And…in addition, just a few steps away from your apartment, you can park your car free of charge.

Our deluxe apartments are constructed in sustainable timber frames, with minimal intervention in the environment and have been completed in July 2016. They are characterized by their exposed hillside with beautiful views of the surrounding valley as well as high energy efficiency, excellent thermal and acoustic. The apartments are available in three different categories, depending on your individual space requirements. Each of them blends in harmoniously with the park-like natural landscape, and welcomes its guests with a covered terrace and a separate entrance for a certain degree of intimacy

The large sliding windows of the entrance let in lots of natural light into the bright interiors and create a generous space experience. Supported by a tasteful mix of materials and the wooden ceiling creates a pleasant and natural atmosphere in which you will feel well immediately.
