Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival, no penalty will be applied. After this deadline, a penalty of 100% of the entire amount will be applied.

The price includes:
– Courtesy set and bathroom linen
– Bed linen with weekly change
– Utilities
– Swimming pool with Hydro-massage
– Sunbeds and umbrellas by the pool
– Tourist Animation (from 23 June to 17 September 2022)
– Children’s playground, table tennis, beach volleyball court.
– Reserved internal parking.

Mandatory costs:
– Final cleaning: € 35.00 for one-room apartment – € 50.00 Two-room and three-room apartments ONLY for stays of 7 or more nights.
– Tourist tax: € 1.50 person / day (excluding children under 16), for a maximum of 10 nights.
– The cleaning of the kitchenette and dishes is the responsibility of the customer, otherwise a supplement of € 30.00 will be charged.
– Deposit: € 100.00 in cash (It will be returned upon departure after checking the apartment).
– Pets: Only small cats/dogs (up to 8 kg) are allowed ONLY on request in low season, with a supplement of € 15.00 per day.

Extra:
– Bath Linen: € 7.00 per person (Set of 3 towels) for additional changes.
– Bed linen: € 7.00 per person per change for additional changes
– Baby Cot: € 40.00 per week.
– Beach service – On request, reduced availability.

Meals:
– Buffet breakfast: Children 6-11 years € 8.00 per person per day, adults € 12.00 per person per day.
– Half Board: Children 6-11 years € 25.00 per person per day, adults € 35.00 per person per day.

For rates with meals included, drinks are not included, for children from 0 to 5 years old there is a pay-as-you-go formula.

The apartments are available from 4.00 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure.
